Tobias Henze has over 20 years of software development experience, including creating the first German and Scandinavian Big Brother portals and online communities for Universal Music. In 2008, he co-founded Holidayinsider, one of the largest German vacation rental sites. After leaving in 2011, he founded a software company in Berlin. His work for NGOs, SMEs and enterprise clients like Coca-Cola demonstrates his expertise in sustainable web development. Awards and teaching showcase his extensive knowledge.

As founder of Blockunique, he is responsible for product development and heading IT operations. He is the managing director of Blockunique's parent company

Krystian started programming later in life but always had an affinity for it. Leveraging past experience in team collaboration and business processes, he built websites and supported startups in his youth.

After running his own online business in his mid-20s, he completed professional software developer training and became a full stack programmer with solidity skills. Krystian's strengths are recruiting talent, leading agile teams, overseeing projects, and bringing a creative, non-hierarchical approach.

At Blockunique, he oversees creative content, UI/UX design, and project oversight, combining technical skills with intuitive leadership.

Miral pursued a degree in Information Technology during his undergraduate studies. Following that, he accumulated three years of experience working with an IT company before embarking on a freelance career. Today, he proudly possesses 11 years of extensive expertise in various PHP technologies, encompassing Laravel, Yii, and CakePHP.

He is a proficient full-stack developer, proficient in both frontend and backend development. At BlockUnique, Miral takes charge of integrating frontend and backend code into the Laravel framework.

Dhruv, an Electronics Engineering graduate from India, excelled in his studies. During his academic journey, he discovered Frontend Development and honed his skills in React. The pandemic shifted him into remote work as a developer, igniting his passion for scroll animations.

Now, with over four years of experience, Dhruv does Frontend Development and animations at BlockUnique. His technical expertise includes programming languages and frameworks, while soft skills like collaboration and leadership enrich his profile.

His dedication and expertise led him to become an indispensable member of the renowned Leo9 Studio in India, where he played a pivotal role in the team.
